At Esselle Sports, your financial security is our top priority. That’s why we’re proud to operate under the Protected Trust Services (PTS), a trusted company offering ATOL certification and comprehensive support for travel businesses. This means that when you book with us, you’re fully protected throughout your journey.

In line with The Package Travel and Linked Travel Regulations 2018, all payments made toward your package are securely held in an independent PTS trusted account. These funds remain protected until your trip is complete and are only released after an independent trustee confirms your event date has passed.

With PTS, you gain an extra layer of reassurance. In the unlikely event of financial failure, cancellation, or refund, your money is safe, and any refunds will be processed promptly.
