Sunshine, Strikes, and Smiles at the Illuminations Festival 2025

What a fantastic end to the bowling season!

This year’s Illuminations Festival shone brighter than ever, with increased numbers joining us for a week of sunshine, great bowling, and plenty of seaside fun. The weather couldn’t have been better — the sun graced us all week, making play and spectating a real pleasure.

It was also the first year at the Cliffs Hotel, and the feedback was incredible. Players and guests alike loved the comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and sea-view setting — the perfect base for a brilliant week of bowls and socialising.

Our prize pot was increased this year, rewarding some fantastic performances on the greens. Congratulations to our 2025 champions:
