Organisers Esselle Sports have announced their fastest ever rate of bookings for the 2010 Spring Bowling Festival with over 360 bookings already in before Christmas, a figure not previously reached until February 6th in previous years.

However, they are aware that some people may believe that the event is full, or that there are no single rooms left, and this is not the case.

Steve Rigby said "There are still plenty of rooms available of most types to book, although we are currently out of single rooms without a single supplement. However, if you are on your own, you can guarantee a single room by agreeing to pay the single supplement, or request to be put on the waiting list for one without a supplement. The Norbreck Castle have given us about 50 single rooms without supplement initially and have said some more will follow in due course, so we are hopeful most people will get what they request. We are treating and listing all bookings in the order received, so it will be first-come, first served as far as this waiting list is concerned".
